Kaitlyn Pasquarella

Kaitlyn is from Pennsylvania and pursued her undergraduate degree in Chemistry at the PSU Berks campus where she graduated as the Student Marshal. Kaitlyn was also the recipent of the Organic Chemistry Achievement Award and was named an Evan Pugh Scholar while attaining her degree in three years. While at PSU's Berks campus, Kaitlyn took part in chemical education research, wherein she helped organize a lab for freshman that helped quantify how pure the students' synthetic acetaminophen was. Her efforts were disseminated in the Journal of Chemical Education. Kaitlyn decided to enroll in our chemistry graduate program in 2021, and joined the Elacqua group in late 2021 as a member of the ROMP subgroup.
